Welcome to EORI Croatia. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and EORI registration services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our services.

2. Service Description

EORI Croatia provides professional EORI (Economic Operators' Registration and Identification) number registration services for businesses and individuals requiring customs identification in Croatia and the European Union. Our services include: • Preparation of EORI application documents • Submission of applications to Croatian customs authorities • Application status tracking and updates • Delivery of EORI number via email • Customer support throughout the process We act as an intermediary service provider, facilitating the application process between you and the Croatian Customs Administration.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Have legal authority to enter into contracts on behalf of your business (if applicable) • Provide accurate and complete information • Have a legitimate business purpose for obtaining an EORI number Providing false or misleading information may result in application rejection and termination of our services.

4. User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information • Update your information if any changes occur • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials • Not use our services for any illegal purposes • Not misrepresent your identity or business • Cooperate with any additional information requests • Pay all applicable fees in a timely manner You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

5. Application Process

The EORI registration process involves: 1. Submission: You complete our online application form with required information 2. Verification: We review your application for completeness and accuracy 3. Processing: We submit your application to the Croatian Customs Administration 4. Issuance: Upon approval, you receive your EORI number via email Processing times typically range from 24-48 hours but may vary depending on customs authority workload. Official confirmation documents are sent separately by post. We cannot guarantee approval of your EORI application, as final decisions are made by Croatian customs authorities.

6. Fees and Payment

Our service fees are displayed on our website at the time of application. Payment is required to initiate the application process. Payment terms: • All fees are in Euros (EUR) • Payment is processed securely through Stripe • Bank transfer payments are also accepted • Fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to customs authorities We reserve the right to modify our fees at any time, with changes effective for new applications only.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds may be provided under the following circumstances: • Full refund: If you cancel before we submit your application to customs authorities • Partial refund: Considered on a case-by-case basis for service errors on our part • No refund: Once the application has been submitted to customs authorities, or if your application is rejected due to inaccurate information provided by you To request a refund, contact us at info@eori-hrvatska.eu within 14 days of payment.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Our services may be temporarily unavailable due to: • Scheduled maintenance • Technical issues • Circumstances beyond our control We are not liable for any delays or damages resulting from service unavailability.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of EORI Services d.o.o. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not: • Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission • Use our trademarks or logos without authorization • Reverse engineer our software or systems

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for our services • We are not responsible for decisions made by customs authorities We do not guarantee that your EORI application will be approved, as this decision rests solely with the Croatian Customs Administration.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EORI Services d.o.o., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from: • Your use of our services • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any rights of third parties • Inaccurate or false information you provide

12. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Modifications to Terms
